Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, returns cannot be accepted.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept product returns. However, we will replace an inferior product due to material defects such as breaking. We cannot accept returns for order entry errors made by you at the time of purchase.
